Shipping Policy
Most of my designs are made by order and have a processing time. Please read carefully the description of the item to see the processing times of each design.
Ready to ship items or samples for sale are usually shipped 24/72 hours after your purchase.
Custom made designs are usually shipped 24/72 h after the processing time is finished.
I always ship priority or express so you will receive a tracking number and yor order will be delivered usually in less than a week worldwide (some remote or specific locations could take 10-14 days to be delivered) .
If you need your order for a specific date inside or outside the processing time please let me know so I can make sure you receive your order on time.

I am not responsible in any case of taxes or charges that could be generated in the customs office of your country.

If you have any issue or need info about your shipped order don´t hesitate to contact, although once the item is shipped is out of our control we only work with serious whipping companies and will be more than happy to help to solve any issue with your order

Most of my dresses are made to measure so I don´t accept refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Deposits or payments part of a payment plan are also non refundable as they are intended to cover the time dedicated to make the design, look for the materials and buy the fabrics and materials I will need to mke a custom design as well as holding the spot for the customer. I am a small bussiness and have very limited spots. Please if you have any issue with your order let me know, I offer an excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is very important for me
